You can ask us to delete your Nazrani account and all associated personal data at any time. Here is how.

How to request deletion
If you signed in to Nazrani using Facebook — or any other method — and want your account and personal data deleted, you can request it at any time:
- Email care@nazrani.com from the email address registered to your Nazrani account, or quote your registered email or phone number in the message.
- Use the subject line "Data deletion request".
What happens next
Once we verify the request, we permanently delete your account and associated personal data — including your login identities (email and password, Google, and Facebook connections), your cart, and your saved details — within 30 days.
Records we must keep
We may be legally required to retain certain transaction and tax records, such as GST invoices, for a statutory period even after account deletion. These are kept only as required by law and are not used for any other purpose.
