We ship our heritage foods across India through India Post. Here is what to expect — when your order leaves us, how long delivery takes, how shipping is charged, and how to track it.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India via India Post (the Department of Posts). At checkout we check whether your delivery PIN code is serviceable before you pay, so you know upfront whether we can reach you.

Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. During festive periods or unusually high demand, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery estimate

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and India Post’s own timelines — typically a few days to a little over a week for more remote PIN codes. These are estimates, not guarantees, as final delivery is handled by the carrier.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery PIN code and the weight of your order, and is shown to you before you pay. Where an order qualifies for free shipping, that is applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, it is booked with India Post and assigned a tracking (article) number. You can follow your order from your account, and use the tracking number on the India Post website for the latest carrier status.

Undelivered or returned parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered — for example, an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts — it may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
