Nazrani is the consumer brand of Signet Solutions. When these terms say “we”, “us”, or “Nazrani”, they refer to Signet Solutions, the operator of nazrani.com.

Accepting these terms

By using nazrani.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract, and that the information you give us is accurate. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

Products, descriptions and pricing

• We are a heritage foods store. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but natural variation in colour, aroma, and appearance is normal and not a defect.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST as shown at checkout. The price and tax breakdown that applies to your order is the one displayed at the time you place it.
• We may correct pricing or description errors and update product availability at any time before your order is accepted.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when payment is confirmed and we begin processing it. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order — for example, an item has sold out or a delivery address is not serviceable — we will let you know and refund any amount already paid.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Your order is confirmed once Razorpay confirms a successful payment.

Shipping, cancellation and refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your rights to cancel an order and to a refund for a damaged, wrong, or defective item are set out in our Cancellation & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account and conduct

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, place fraudulent orders, or access areas you are not authorised to use.

Intellectual property

The Nazrani name, logo, site design, text, and images are the property of Signet Solutions and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We provide the site and products with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date above will change, and the version in force is the one published on this page when you place an order.
