The story
Orthodox-processed whole-leaf green tea from a small Munnar (Idukki district) high-range estate at 1,800 m. The leaf is steamed soon after plucking to fix the chlorophyll, gently rolled, and dried slowly — never CTC-crushed. The result is a clean, grassy cup with the catechin profile (EGCG) that gives green tea its working reputation.
