Hand-picked from smallholder vines in the misty Wayanad highlands at 800–900 m. Sun-cured on bamboo mats for nine days, then graded by hand into the Tellicherry Garbled Special Extra Bold (TGSEB) standard. The fruit is fuller, the volatile oil higher, the heat warmer than commodity-grade pepper.
